Each chair product at Santang has a different warranty period. Customers need to carefully review the warranty period. The general condition for the product to be warranted is that the customer must present a sales invoice so that Santang can check the product’s warranty period. The product is only warranted for problems related to the production technique of the product. The effects of wear and tear during use or external factors affecting the product such as bumps, scratches, improper use of the product, overloading that damages, cracks, breaks the product, etc. not covered by warranty.
